Magnificent location with a tube station really close to the hotel. Contemporary room with pleasant views of Manhattan skyline.

A modern and good standard hotel, my first choice in New York. Yummy food, top-notch service and absolutely fabulous view of the near skyline and part of the Manhattan skyline. Incredibly welcoming staff, airy double room. Clean, large bathroom. Great facilities in general, great and perfect location to the right station nearby. Also - really close to the subway stop and Manhattan and Brooklyn👌❤

We loved rooms by front desk. The breakfast at the place was exceptionally good with a very nice view. The location was good, adjacent to which was straight into Manhattan-Grand Central as well as Close to the subways.

We loved staff and location here. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was contemporary.

Comfortable king room, essential amenities, with free Wi-Fi to stay connected and a convenient location just a 10-minute walk from the train station for easy exploration.

The kids loved the pool and the game room.

A Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed the on-site cafe with excellent coffee, but the room's vinyl flooring and lack of blankets impacted our comfort. The staff were friendly. Be sure to ask for extra blankets immediately upon arrival!

Clean room, great staff, but noisy air conditioning kept us awake.

Loved the unique ambiance of the event room and the fine night views of the city! The food was seriously on point, especially the chicken parmesan. Had a blast at the themed birthday bash there!

If you're hungry, you'll love the 24-hour small market with its great bites-easy for a late-night snack attack! Plus, Luis at the front desk is a gem, going above and beyond for an early check-in.

But the room had a funky smell and wasn't the quietest-those busy train tracks were quite chatty. Let's just say the breakfast line was like waiting for the hottest brunch spot in town.

The rooftop breakfast area offered fine views and was the perfect start to my mornings. The staff was above and beyond. They helped me set up a Citi Bike account for my urban adventures, made exploring the area such easy!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated. The coffee and tea provided at the reception were complimentary and added to the cute atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel provided great value for the cost.

There were minor finishing touches needed in the decor.
